I started EPIC Heat today from Caroline Girvan's YouTube programs. Day 1 was leg day - I only do lower body workouts in order to balance out my resistance training, so I did it with 2 lb weights and did the lunges bodyweight. It did go quickly, and I got a good sweat without having to do extra cardio. I worked with Colette Todorov's Datura Online video "FCBD Style Class 3 - Slow: Balancing Step, Torso Twist, Propeller Turn."
Today was the farewell potluck for the work experience team at the nonprofit where I work as a grant-writer - I'll be continuing my work there on a volunteer basis. My college instructor had tested positive for COVID on Wednesday, so I decided not to go even though I had no symptoms because I thought it best not to risk infecting anyone. They sent me a Zoom link to the event, so we chatted a bit online before they had lunch.
I was feeling tired today, so I decided to just watch one short video from the Ableton Live 9 Youtube instructional playlist that I'd started this week. Today's video was on how to use the Arrangement view.
